Tartan Dress

This is what I wore on Thursday when Adam and I had our own Valentine's night. He surprised me with a stay in the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow which is absolutely beautiful. We went for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe then out for drinks. It was such a lovely night!

I doubt I will actually buy any of these things because I'm saving up for my summer (Adam and I are going travelling!) and therefore shouldn't be spending money on clothes I don't actually need. I really love all of these items though, so maybe I'll treat myself to just one thing...

Lush Angels On Bare Skin Cleanser* | Review

Lush Angels On Bare Skin Review

A few months ago at the Lush Cosmetics To Go event (read my post about it here), I received the Angels On Bare Skin* cleanser and was very excited as I'd wanted to try it for ages. I've just finished the tub so thought I'd share my thoughts on it.

Angels On Bare Skin is packed full of lovely ingredients like ground almonds, chamomile oil, kaolin to absorb grease, as well as lavender oil and rose absolute to help calm the skin. It gently exfoliates the skin too, and for this reason I only use it at night to take my make-up off, and not in the morning. My skin is very sensitive so I don't want to risk irritating it, but I had no problems at all with using it nightly.

It works really well to get all the make-up off my face, and leaves it feeling clean and fresh. I have noticed that my skin has been calmer since using this product, and when I stopped using it for a week I saw a visible decline in the quality of my skin.

I think this product would be perfect if your skin is looking a bit dull or stressed out, and should help with those pesky red patches!

I'll definitely be re-purchasing Angels On Bare Skin as it's not often I find a product that works so well with my skin and doesn't cause any irritation.
